Shipping Policy

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to location, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • VOID is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or force majeure situations.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • VOID offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Customized, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 7 days with order details and reason for return.

  • Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
