1. Return Policy We accept returns under the following conditions: Return request must be raised within 7 days of the purchase date. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact. The product must pass our Quality Check (QC) inspection after it is received at our facility. Important: Returns will only be approved after the product passes quality verification. If the product fails the quality check (used, damaged, altered, washed, or missing tags), the return request will be rejected. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
